What the site stores
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no comment system and no forms that send data to us. The calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you type in are not transmitted anywhere and are not stored after you leave the page.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics to count page views and which guides and tools are used. We will never send the bill amounts, rates or appliance figures you enter into the calculator to an analytics service. We do not label a click on an Amazon link as a purchase; only Amazon knows whether a purchase happened.
Amazon links
When you click a product link, you leave this site and Amazon's own privacy policy applies. Amazon may set cookies to attribute a purchase to this site for its affiliate program. We receive aggregated earnings reports from Amazon, not information about individual shoppers.
